Accounts and Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts management : Manage and monitor invoicing, cash flow, and financial reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Fixed Assets, Accruals, and Forecasts. Oversee payroll processing and CPF submissions.
- Admin & Compliance: Manage government registrations (GeBIZ, Ministry of Manpower, CPF), workmen’s compensation, and regulatory filings. Oversee website and email hosting services. Support for Sales Proposals and Grants related matters.
- Financial & Vendor Management: Handle product and subcontractor registrations, invoice tracking, and payments. Manage client/vendor databases and assist with grants and tender submissions.
- HR & Employee Records: Oversee employment pass management, maintain employee training certificates, and keep HR records up to date.
- Communications & Reporting: Prepare monthly project reports and submission to relevant agencies, design seasonal greetings.
- General Support: Maintain Projects Training Certificates. Assist with ad-hoc tasks, including organizing events, trips, and client communications.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in admin, HR and finance roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Experience with vendor/client relations and regulatory compliance.
- Comfortable working with external service providers and government agencies.
