Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development & Market Expansion:

· Lead the strategic expansion of Enjoytown Cloud's digital business in Singapore, identifying and pursuing high-value partnership opportunities.

· Represent the company in negotiations and discussions with potential clients, partners, and investors.

· Drive market penetration and growth, helping to establish Enjoytown Cloud as a leader in the digital community space in Singapore.

Fund Establishment & Operations:

· Establish and manage a USD fund in Singapore, and support the creation of a RMB fund in China.

· Oversee the entire fund lifecycle, including fundraising, deal sourcing, investment execution, portfolio management, and exit strategies.

· Conduct in-depth market research to identify promising investment projects and manage fund investments in alignment with corporate objectives.

Project Incubation & Cross-Border Collaboration:

· Build and nurture relationships between Singapore and Zhejiang (China), fostering talent exchange, technology collaboration, and project development.

· Organize and host international events such as talent forums, project pitches, and industry summits in both regions.

· Support the incubation, growth, and scaling of investment projects, ensuring alignment with both local and global business objectives.

Government & Industry Relations:

· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, industry associations, and key stakeholders in both Singapore and China.

· Navigate regulatory environments and foster public-private partnerships to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with government policies.

· Stay up-to-date on key market trends and government policies impacting the digital economy and investment landscape in both regions.
