We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse (Endocrine) to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide specialized nursing care to patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid conditions, and other hormonal imbalances. This role involves patient education, clinical assessments, treatment support, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide expert nursing care to patients with endocrine disorders, ensuring adherence to treatment plans.

· Conduct patient assessments, monitor symptoms, and assist in the management of chronic conditions.

· Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, lifestyle modifications, and self-care techniques.

· Collaborate with endocrinologists, physicians, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

· Administer and monitor prescribed treatments, including insulin therapy, hormone replacement therapy, and other endocrine-related interventions.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

· Participate in research, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education to enhance patient care and professional development.

· Provide emotional support and counseling to patients adjusting to chronic endocrine conditions.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid practicing license.

· Experience in endocrinology, diabetes management, or a related specialty is preferred.

· Strong patient education and counseling skills.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.

· Proficiency in using electronic medical records and clinical documentation.
