Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking dedicated and passionate IGCSE and IBDP tutors for the following subjects:


• English B / English as a Second Language (ESL)


• Mathematics (HL/SL, Additional Mathematics)


• Chemistry


• Physics


• Business

As a subject tutor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive instruction aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE and/or International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) curriculum. Your role will involve inspiring students, fostering critical thinking, and cultivating subject mastery to prepare them for academic success.

Key Responsibilities:


• Plan and deliver dynamic lessons in accordance with the IGCSE and IBDP curriculum.


• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and fosters academic growth.


• Develop instructional materials, assessments, and resources tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.


• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to support students' academic progress.


• Stay updated with the latest curriculum developments and best teaching practices.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject area (English, Mathematics, Science, Business, or Education).


• Teaching certification/license (preferred).


• Experience tutoring at the IGCSE and/or IBDP level (preferred).


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Passion for education and commitment to student development.


• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, though lessons will primarily be delivered in English.
