### Job Overview

We are seeking a technically proficient and experienced Interior & Design Consultant who possesses a deep understanding of HDB, private property, condo, landed property, and commercial rules and regulations.


This role is ideal for professionals looking to focus on client engagement and project coordination while being supported by a dedicated backend team. You’ll have the opportunity to work in an environment where your expertise in managing clients and aligning project deliverables is prioritized, without being overwhelmed by drafting, rendering, or end-to-end project management tasks. ### Key Responsibilities

- Client Engagement:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing tailored solutions and expert advice.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.


- Technical Expertise:

- Advise clients on design options, budget considerations, and regulatory requirements specific to HDB, private property, landed, condo, and commercial spaces.

- Ensure all client projects comply with relevant industry rules and regulations.


- Site Oversight:

- Conduct site visits to ensure project progress aligns with plans, client expectations, and quality standards.

- Provide regular updates and feedback to the team leader.


- Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with drafters, renderers, and project managers to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into deliverables.

- Collaborate with internal teams to finalize project proposals and plans.


- Proposal Preparation:

- Review and refine proposals to ensure they align with client discussions and expectations.

- Present detailed, accurate proposals to clients in a professional manner.
