Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill in the role of a Product Sale Manager. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to effectively manage both aspects of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the success of our products in the market, leading our sales efforts to achieve revenue targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and handling of existing customers
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback and resolve customer issues
  • Undertake and spearhead special assignments/new projects
  • Monitor the progress of on-going project to ensure smooth completion of the projects
  • Conducts market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends
  • Instruct, mentor, and develop successors to handle significant responsibilities proficiently
  • Responsible for overall safety performance when planning and executing daily works
  • Accountable for the workplace safety, health and security (WSH) and ISO processes
  • Maintain good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicating with overseas suppliers to address issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
  • Min. 5 years of proven experience in technical and sales management
  • Results-oriented with proven track record
  • Excellent English communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize initiatives to make data-driven decisions
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
