Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Chauffeur to join our office. In this role, you will provide dedicated transportation services to our principals and their members. Your key responsibilities include ensuring their safety, comfort, and privacy while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities:

• Drive safely and promptly to appointments, events, and other destinations.
• Maintain a professional and tidy appearance.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition.
• Plan efficient routes while considering traffic and alternative paths to save time.
• Collaborate with the scheduler to ensure smooth travel plans.
• Help with handling luggage, packages, or personal items as needed.
• Uphold strict confidentiality, always respecting the members' privacy.
• Follow all traffic laws and driving regulations to ensure passenger safety.
• Offer excellent service, addressing the members' needs and requests professionally.
• Be flexible to work irregular hours, including late nights or early mornings.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid driver's license with a spotless driving record.
• At least 4 years of experience as a professional chauffeur.
• Knowledge of local roads, traffic rules, and alternative routes for efficient travel.
• Polished personal grooming and professional behavior.
• Strong communication skills, with a respectful and courteous approach.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
• Well-organized and adaptable to changes in schedules.
• Clean criminal record with no convictions or pending charges.
• Physically fit and capable of handling the job's demands.
• Experience with luxury cars and their upkeep is a bonus.
• Certifications in first aid or defensive driving are an advantage.
• A Taxi Driver's Vocational Licence (TDVL) is preferred.

Remarks:

• This role follows a 5-day workweek with 12-hour shifts (Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM).
• Candidates without full-time driving experience will not be considered.
• The company offers Insurance, AWS and Performance Bonus.
• The job location is in the central area.
