‍ 职位职责:

  • 根据 MindChamps 的政策、指南、框架和理念,规划、监督和实施班级的课程。
  • 每个学期完成儿童的进展报告,并为每个孩子准备发展档案。
  • 创建和设立富有启发性和吸引力的学习环境,促进自我导向学习。
  • 负责课堂管理的各个方面,并进行日常护理工作,确保孩子们的安全和卫生。
  • 与孩子和家长建立和保持良好的关系。

招聘条件:

  • 最低学前教育护理与教育文凭
  • ECDA L1/L2 认证
  • 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力
  • 能够独立工作,并能够融入团队合作
  • 流利的英语/中文(口语和书写)能力,因为课程将以英语或中文授课(具有良好的中文书写和口语沟通能力,以便用中文进行教学,并与讲中文/英文的家长和学生沟通)。
