Celecti is a HR & recruitment consultancy firm. Our team is expanding and actively looking for passionate people to join us. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you can provide a holistic approach to recruitment and ensure that our clients’ needs are met.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process
  • Source, search and qualify suitable applicant for job openings
  • Conduct interviews, and assess applicant's work experience, attitude, and aptitude
  • Source & recruit suitable talents for job roles
  • Conduct interviews, assess work skills suitability and conduct reference checks for job applicants
  • Provide consultative career advice to potential job applicants
  • Develop business and working relationships with clients

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
  • Enjoy working in a team-based environment
  • Outgoing and enjoy meeting & talking to people
  • Training will be provided
