Your Role

a. Prepare and deliver demonstrations and presentations to support sales efforts and showcase the capabilities of SAP Ariba solutions.

b. Assist customers throughout the entire lifecycle of an SAP Ariba implementation, providing business process consulting and supporting blueprinting activities.

c. Resolve complex requirements by configuring and customizing SAP Ariba solutions.

d. Lead efforts to design, build, and configure SAP Ariba applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

e. Conduct client workshops to gather requirements, understand business processes, and provide expert guidance on SAP Ariba solutions.

f. Analyse and consult with clients to identify business requirements and define the scope of the solution.

g. Plan and manage project tasks and resources to ensure deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

h. Provide day-to-day post-implementation support for users, troubleshooting any issues that arise and ensuring system stability.

i. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.


About You

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications

a. In-depth knowledge of SAP Ariba modules, including Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, and Supplier Management.

b. Strong understanding of procurement processes, industry best practices, and regulatory compliance.

c. Proficiency in SAP Ariba configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.

d. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

e. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.

f. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

g. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, preferably with a SAP Ariba certification.


Experience

a. Experience with SAP Ariba implementation methodologies, tools, and templates, user training delivery, user acceptance test, to ensure smooth transition and user adaption.

b. More than 4 years of proven experience as an SAP Ariba Consultant or in a similar role will be advantageous.
