Job Descriptions:

  • Oversee the day-to-day construction site office administration works
  • Providing admin support to Site Manager
  • Good communication and coordination skill.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on document control status and issues.
  • Coordinate with the project team to ensure compliance with all documentation.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned when required

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in related fields
  • Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in administrative work at construction site.
  • Proficient in MS word & excel.
  • Working at Construction project site
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment
  • Able to work at 6 days one week
