Prepress Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, check, and handle film with external and internal parties
  • Liaise with production on press process color adjustments and corrections
  • Schedule tasks, adhere to deadlines, and communicate any issues that could impact timely delivery
  • Operate and maintain Mac systems, Mac file servers, RIP, etc.
  • Provide support to operations of the Prepress department
  • Participate in the identification and implementation of best practices for automation and efficiency
  • Must possess strong technical skills in preparing artwork and layout.
  • Establish and review departmental SOPs on prepress effectiveness
  • Generate monthly reports and perform other duties as assigned


Other Preferred Skills

  • Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Indesign & Design Software
  • Expert in MS Office
  • Bilingual in both English & Mandarin to facilitate effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, communication & interpersonal skills with cross- functional, time management skills, problem solving skills
  • Meticulous, strong sense of accountable, strong team player
  • Independent, diligent, driven & highly motivated personality
  • Ability to work under pressure & in a fast-paced environment
  • Good eye for design, able to develop & execute creative design concept
  • Experience in managing / mentoring a team is preferred



Qualification & Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design / Multimedia Design / Visual Communication would be desirable
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experiences
