Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective first-time technical support to end-users through various available communication channels not limited to Microsoft Teams, Emails.
  • Provide hand-on support in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.
  • Contact the vendor, schedule onsite replacement of faulty hardware/software.
  • Perform troubleshooting to issues and offers solutions to resolve problems

~Password Reset with Active Directory

~Airwatch Mobile Management

~Microsoft Office365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook & Teams)

~Video Conference System (Teams Conference)

  • Provide technical guidance and simple training to end users as needed
  • Document and track support request and resolutions using ticketing system, ServiceNow
  • Complete assigned tasks and deliverables within established timelines.
  • Collaborate with team members on specific projects, tasks, and assignments.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure success and quality deliverables.
  • Support the project on-going as follow:

Microsoft Dynamics BC365 Global Template Implementation

a. Collaborate with external vendors periodically to ensure project completion.

b. Set up a new environment and global template.

c. Conduct UAT testing.


Microsoft Dynamics BC365 Rollout

a. Initiate the project with the vendor and inform all stakeholders.

b. Understand existing business processes and requirements.

c. Conduct UAT testing.


AutoPilot & Windows 11 Upgrade Project

a. Windows 10 reaches end-of-life in 2025.

b. Purchase new laptops and replace existing ones, or upgrade existing laptops from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

c. Require thorough planning and assistance with backing up user data and migration of data into new PC


Digitalize Travel Request Form & Expenses Claim Rollout to APAC

a. Utilize Power Apps to design the form.

b. Employ Power Automate to automate existing business flows.


Requirements:

  • Current undergraduate student, must be enrolled at local polytechnic / University with a major in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with good programming logic.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts and familiarity with common software application and productivity tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software tools.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Willing to learn and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Ability to lift and carry computer equipment and peripherals
  • Knowledge in AI, Automated Tools (i.e PowerApps) and Web design is an advantage.
