Responsibilities:

This role accountable for effective support on IT related activities below:

  • Collaborate with local HR and headquarter HRIS team to update and maintain accurate data within Advantech HCM databases.
  • In charge of MIS to support all office equipment setup and maintenance, including security patch updates
  • Liaise with HQ IT teams for support on new headcount on board request which include application for new email address, grouping, phone extension.
  • Maintenance and troubleshoot for iCTOS system and reports
  • Maintenance on Power BI existing dashboard which include importing of data and managing user access
  • Ad hoc request relate to software support

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Experience with Data Management and Analysis software, particularly in SQL Server, PowerBI and Denodo.
  • Experience developing ASP.NET MVC applications with C# and Javascript.
  • To have the relevant Technical skills to support existing and new computing devices like desktops, notebooks, network equipment with knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
