Job Description
- Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Greet, serve drinks and maintain a professional and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Liaise with Management office for maintenance and other office matters.
- Manage office supplies and keep inventory of front desk supplies.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Singaporean or SPR only.
