Roles & Responsibilities

Staff Nurses ( Dialysis) - 5 days work week (Mon-Sat)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a high standard of care for all patients during their shifts.
  • Recognising the change in a patient's health conditions and responding appropriately.
  • Recording and monitoring a patient's vital signs.
  • Work closely with the Nurse Manager and Staff Nurse in delivering care to the patients.
  • To ensure that all team members report changes in patient progress effectively, both verbally and in written form.
  • Ensure that accurate, legible, and holistic nursing records according to policy guidelines and unit guidance are maintained.

Requirements

  • Registered with SNB/ BCLS/ AED
  • With few years of Renal experience preferred
  • Training may be provided for those without renal experience but is versed in IV Cannulation/ venepucture/ had been in Acute settings.
  • Open to 2shifts (AM/ PM ) :
  • Morning : 7:00am - 2:30pm
  • Afternoon : 2:30pm - 10pm
  • 5 Days work week Only. (Sunday off day)
  • Based on two shifts (am/pm) rotating on duty roster (Mon-Sat)
