Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fundamental research on US software industry;
  • Develop detailed financial models, prepare investment memo / research report and generate investment ideas to Portfolio Managers;
  • Monitor key macro-economic events and news flows to form a view on the market;
  • Research various investment opportunities as assigned by Portfolio Managers.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines;
  • Must have at least 7 years or above relevant research experience in buy-side within hedge fund industry;
  • Candidates with previous working experience in the technology industry are highly preferred.
  • Strong financial analysis, research and modeling skills;
  • Numeric-sensitive with passion in financial sector;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and time-management skills;
  • Self-starter with positive attitude and a good team player;
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Business travel may be required;
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
