The Role: Occupational Therapist Assistant

This role is perfect for someone with a genuine passion for helping individuals overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized assessments and therapies to children, teenagers, and young adults with learning and developmental challenges.
  • Deliver therapy to children with sensory processing difficulties, working to enhance their daily lives.
  • Collaborate with parents to create tailored strategies that support each child’s learning and growth at home.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care that meets every child’s unique needs.
About You:

We’re seeking individuals with the following:

  • Experience: At least 1–2 years of practice as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Qualifications: A recognized degree/qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Skills & Passion: Comfortable working with children with autism, neuromuscular disorders, or developmental delays. You are passionate, approachable, organized, and a great team player.

Founded in 2017, WINGS is Singapore’s first intensive therapy centre to offer transformative therapies such as Pediatric Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Early Intervention, Suit Therapy (NeuroSuit™ and TheraSuit Method®), Spider Cage Therapy, Universal Exercise Unit, Dynamic Movement Intervention™ (DMI), Intensive Gait Training with LiteGait, Robotic Gait Training with Trexo Robotics, Task Specific Electrical Stimulation (TASES), Vibration Therapy with Galileo, Autism Fitness and Sports for The Special Child. Traumatic and Anoxic Brain Injuries, Spina Bifida, Ataxia, Dystonia/Athetosis, Hypertonicity, Hypotonicity, Post-Stroke, Down Syndrome, Genetic Disorders, Metabolic Disorders, Prematurity, Torticollis/Wry Neck (head tilt), Muscular Dystrophy, Delays in Developmental Milestones, Hypotonia (weakness, low tone), Hypertonia (tightness, high tone), Gross Motor Incoordination, Motor Planning Difficulties, Gait Difficulties, Orthotic Concerns and Neurological Problems.
