Our client is a very reputable A1 main contractor.

They are looking for a passionate member to join their team.

Finance Manager

Job Highlights:

  • 5 days week
  • Full on-site work;
  • Workplace within walking distance from MRT station.

Job Description:

  • Supervise financial and cost accounting activities;
  • Manage full set of accounting operations and monthly closing activities;
  • Prepare consolidation of quarterly and annual financial statement;
  • Preparation and monitoring of the annual budget and monthly financial forecast with analysis;
  • Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies / internal control procedures;
  • Monitor cash flow;
  • Liaise with tax agent for annual tax compliance and other tax related matters;
  • Liaise with auditors in fulfilling all general accepted accounting principles;
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Recognised Degree in Accountancy and Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) qualifications;
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience;
  • Preferably candidate with construction industry experience;
  • Positive, approachable and confident with ability to multi-task and work under pressure;
  • Able to meet deadline, meticulous with strong analytical skills;
  • Able to work well independently as well as leading a team.
