Roles & Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities


  • Inventory management of the F&B accounts in the Company
  • Accounts payable function of the F&B accounts in the Company
  • In charge of the F&B accounts in the Company
  • Performs gross sale turnover submissions to landlords
  • Handles annual gross sales audit with auditors
  • Handles petty cash and director’s claims
  • Prepares quarterly GST filings
  • Performs interbank and intercompany bank transactions
  • Any other duties as assigned by your direct supervisor


Requirements:


  • LCCI /Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent
  • Preferably 1- 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Prior experience in the retail/F&B industry will be an added advantage


The successful candidate will have a proven track record with demonstrated skill in the following areas:


  • Well organized and structured thought process
  • Meticulous with attention to details
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with systems
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Speed and accuracy in terms of work quality
