Roles & Responsibilities

• Specialization: Social Service, Counsellor
• Working Location: Redhill MRT (2024) & Cashew MRT (2025)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm
• Job Type: 12 Months Contract (must fully commit)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face counselling for distressed employees.
• Provide consultation and advice to commanders/superiors of clients in managing them.
• Collaborate with partners such as medical officers, psychiatrists and psychologists in enhancing mental health and well-being of company's employees.
• Educate and impart knowledge and skills in mental healthcare to all levels.

Job Requirements

• Master of Counselling/Social Work OR Degree/Post Grad Diploma of Social work with 3-4 years of experience.
• MUST be comfortable to travel 2 different locations (campsite) in 2024/25.
• Basic knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office software/applications.
• Preferably a member of the Singapore Association of Social Workers, or Singapore Association for Counselling, or Singapore Psychological Society or a recognized professional association/society.
