Roles & Responsibilities

  • Position : Operations/ Logistics Assistant / Shipping (NO EXP REQ - must be from Supply Chain)
  • Location : Cantonment Road (Nearest MRT- Outram Park)
  • Working hours : 5 days work week: Monday- Friday: 8:30-5:30
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $3500 + Up to 14 days Annual Leave
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : SHIPPING (FREIGHT)



Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with agents/depots for tank details, schedules, movements, and updates
  • Keep track of tank leasing (on-hire/off-hire status) and detention matters
  • Monitor and liaise with vendors on tank movements for reposition units
  • Liaise and clarify with agents on detention billing
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by department head



Requirements:

  • Candidates with 1 to 2 years related experiences may be considered.
  • Salary will commensurate based on the experience and qualifications.
  • Diploma in Maritime Studies/Logistics of shipping discipline
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
