StackOps is a cloud-based monitoring tool designed for the Singapore Whole-of-Government (WOG) sector. We are seeking a motivated and skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the development, maintenance, and support of the StackOps platform. You will ensure the platform’s security, performance, and scalability, collaborating with developers, operations teams, and government agencies to enhance infrastructure security and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining new features for the StackOps platform.

· Collaborate with DevOps engineers to manage Elastic Cloud integrations, provisioning, and configuration management.

· Implement and maintain security best practices to ensure the platform's integrity and scalability.

· Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to platform performance and security.

· Support government agencies using StackOps, providing onboarding, troubleshooting, and configuration assistance.

· Stay updated on the latest cloud technologies, DevSecOps trends, and security practices.

Develop and improve documentation and training materials for StackOps users.


Qualifications:

· 1-3 years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or cloud operations.

· Strong understanding of monitoring tools, configuration management, and security practices.

· Experience with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).

· Familiarity with DevSecOps principles, including security best practices and vulnerability management.

· Problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.


Preferred Skills:

· Experience with StackOps or similar monitoring and security platforms.

· Prior experience in a government IT environment.

· Proficiency in programming languages such as NodeJS, Python, or Go.
