Roles & Responsibilities

A. Temp Accounts Executive (3 to 6 mths) - 3 days work week near Kaki Bukit MRT (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)

  • To assist in accounting work including document matching, data entry and simple reconciliation.
  • Enter suppliers' invoices into the accounting system.
  • Prepare cheques/bank transfers for invoices duly approved for payment.
  • Ensure that proper accounting records are kept in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum O-level
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in Accounting Partial work
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines and adhere to tight schedules.

Salary : S$17 to $22 per hour


Need Kaki Bukit MRT, 3 days work week
