Job Title: Experienced Hair Stylist

Location: Singapore

Job Description:

Are you an experienced hair stylist with a passion for creating trendy and stylish looks? We are seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our vibrant salon team. If you have at least 2 years of experience in a Singapore salon and understand local preferences for all age groups, we would love to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced haircare services, including cutting, coloring, wash & blow-dry, hair styling, and hair and scalp treatments.
  • Offer professional advice and consultation on the latest hair designs and trends.
  • Upsell clients on products and services in a gentle manner without hard selling.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the salon and ensure all tools are sanitized.
  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
  • Assist in training and guiding junior/assistant hair stylists.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the shop manager.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about serving customers under any conditions.
  • Work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required (weekday off as per schedule).

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Singapore salon.
  • Understanding of local hair preferences for all age groups.
  • Strong customer service orientation and willingness to work retail hours.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong sense of punctuality and responsibility.
  • Meticulous and organized.
  • Outgoing individuals who can contribute both individually and as a team player.
