  • Working day: Monday to Friday
  • Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Machine Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on production machinery, including but not limited to, cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts to ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues with machinery promptly and efficiently
  • Repair: Execute repairs on faulty equipment, replace defective parts, and ensure all machinery is in compliance with safety standards
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance and repairs, documenting all services performed and parts used
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to address machinery-related concerns and provide technical support as needed
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Possess minimum Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent with 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Experince in hydraulic systems, pneumatic, pumps, motors or relevant is an advantage
