Ad Hoc Recruitment Coordinator/ Admin

Need Recruitment Coordinator for fulfilling internal recruitment needs & other ad hoc admin duties (optional)
Mostly WFH but sometime required to visit office in Central region in case face to face interviews are conducted
Candidates will be offered hourly rate of upto $20 depending upon qualification & work exposure
Good candidate will be offered permanent job offer as HR/Admin role
Job Description
· Put up advertisement in online job sites, social media
· Call shortlisted candidates to explain the job requirement & understand their expectations
. Schedule interview sessions
· Administer tests if required as part of the selection process
· Follow up with candidates until their joining
· Maintaining communication records of candidates in Google Sheet/ cloud
· Other Admin duties as assigned (optinal)
Job Requirement
· Min diploma in any discipline
· Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
· Prior relevant experience in the job scope would be an advantage
