Requisite of Candidate

  • Proficient in using Autocad, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketchup and MS Powerpoint is essential
  • Bachelor Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or equivalent
  • Candidate must possess minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial - especially Office interior design projects
  • Knowledge of interior design and joinery detailing
  • Knowledge of BIM Software preferred but not compulsory
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English, Mandarin is an additional advantage

Job Scope

  • Prepare Shop Drawings, Schematic Drawings and As-Built Drawings
  • Preparing of Bills of Quantities
  • Understanding tender/contract documents/specifications/terms of contract
  • Analysing quotations/prices/rates
  • Provide quotation based on customer's requirements and design
  • Coordinate with sub contractors and suppliers
  • Able to work both independently and with the Team, within stipulated time line
  • Monitoring the work of sub contractors and to visit the site for work progression
  • Ensure Projects are delivered on time and within project budget
