Job Description :


We are currently seeking a friendly, organised, and detail- oriented individual to join our team as a Clinic Receptionist. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact of our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a positive experience for all.



Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
  • Verify patient information and process payments
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of documentation
  • Coordinate patient referrals and follow-up appointments as needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and scanning documents
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal patient care
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
  • Perform other duties assigned by Clinic Manager


Requirements:

  • Min GCE O/A Levels / Diploma and above
  • Singapore citizen or PR only
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English. Able to speak in other languages would be a plus.
  • Relevant experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise task in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information


Job Types:


Full time, permanent

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm

Saturday 8.30am - 1pm (Alternate)


Training is provided.



Pay:


$2200-2500
