Roles & Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Front desk and customer service duties
  • Patient registration and making appointment
  • Answering phone calls, Watsapp and walk-in enquiries
  • Prepare and dispense medications
  • Collect payment, advise on various modes of payment
  • Top up/pack/order medications and supplies
  • Assist TCM physician in translations during consultaton
  • Maintain general cleanliness of the clinic
  • Any other duties assigned by the TCM Physician.

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Working experience in the service or healthcare industry will be advantageous.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Humble, hardworking and responsible
