Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Admin Function
· Support Sales colleagues in their day to day activities and to assist them in achieving their personal and team objectives
· Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, group resumes and invoices to clients.
· Maintain and update the sales database, including client information, leads and bookings.
· Manage and update inventory according to office and department's operational requirements
· Assist the Sales & Marketing team with purchase order.
· Compile and submit monthly sales reports, requisitions and statistics
· Assist in administrative duties such as preparing meeting minutes, project coordination, travel arrangements etc.
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Sales Function
· To handle incoming calls and enquiries promptly and according to operating standards
· Conduct telesales research of existing/new clients within set guidelines
· Conduct site inspection for potential clients.
· Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
· Upsell room categories, packages, etc, to maximize revenue.
· Follow up on leads and maintain a high conversion rate.
Knowledge, skills and abilities
· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
· Has excellent written and spoken communication skills
· Able to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic environment with good problem solving and decision-making skills.
· Possesses professional disposition with excellent interpersonal skills
· Ability to maintain highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, ethics, grooming and attitude.
