Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries and requests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Deliver exceptional day-to-day customer service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate regularly with internal teams to discuss progress, identify business improvement opportunities, and fulfill customer needs.
  • Generate and present progress reports for clients and internal management.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals, and communicate these to management.
  • Work with the Sales team and management to onboard new customers and develop relationships with existing customers.


Requirements:

  • Hold a diploma or degree in a relevant field.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in IT (SI) sales functions.
  • Have extensive experience in IT cybersecurity, network, or infrastructure sales and marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of network and cybersecurity in the enterprise and government sectors, as well as familiarity with the local IT market.
  • Demonstrate exceptional networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
