Secretlab is a global leader in chair and desk solutions with over 3 million users worldwide across key markets, including the United States, Europe, and Singapore, where we are headquartered.

As a valued member of our Creative Team, you will be supporting the team in achieving our ultimate goal of pushing out visually stunning creatives that reach a global audience. You'll lead and drive creative projects from start to finish while working closely with a tight-knit team of talented creatives across different specialties (3D designers, live-action specialists, copywriters and content specialists) to bring your creative vision to life and constantly push the boundaries of creatives.

Working within the wider marketing umbrella, you'll spearhead multiple creative discussions and collaborate with marketers and stakeholders across different specialties to achieve this shared goal. Your expertise and eye for design will be crucial in ensuring that our visual content is both effective and aligned with our brand and messaging, ultimately driving the company's success.

Our Creative Team is responsible for all of Secretlab's content as well as our collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands, including Warner Bros, DC, Riot Games, CD Projekt, Naruto, Demon Slayer, as well as renowned esports teams such as Cloud9, T1, PRX and Team Secret.


Responsibilities

  • Take up the lead role in conceptualizing and executing the visual direction for launches, ensuring full accountability from initial concept to final execution. Collaborate closely with the Communications Team to seamlessly bring these visions to life.
  • Proposing creative solutions to marketing briefs for product launches, seasonal sales and day to day content in accordance with Secretlab and Partner’s brand.
  • Actively collaborate with teams both within and outside the Comms Team to understand project goals to effectively communicate messaging and meet business objectives.
  • Present creative direction and work to Creative Team Lead, Head of Comms and stakeholders while providing clear rationale and justification behind design decisions that meet marketing objectives and messaging.
  • Brief and direct 3D designers in creating photorealistic creatives in both static and video that are desirable and aspiring while ensuring that they keep up with market trends.
  • Independently manage projects, coordinating with the Traffic Specialist to guarantee that all deliverables are completed on schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Diploma in a relevant design discipline or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 - 3 years’ experience in graphic design a strong portfolio of design work that demonstrates creative thinking, problem solving and technical understanding across a range of mediums.
  • Ability to lead multiple initiatives and handle complexity with confidence. Possess a track record of excellence in the field and exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and take full accountability for the entire process from concept to final design execution.
  • Passionate about your work, and our products.
  • Outstanding communication skills: written, verbal and visual, with the ability to justify your conceptional and directional design choices.
  • Flexibility in the environment of constant change.
  • Creative with a flair for art direction and a good eye for layout and typography.
  • Strong creative problem solving skills: Ability to understand, analyze and work through a challenge to completion.
  • High technical proficiency and expertise in Adobe suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Deep understanding of all major Social Media platforms (dimensions, consumer behavior, theme overhauls, etc.) such as Facebook, Instagram, X, Google advertising and vertical platforms such as Tiktok, IG Reels and YT Shorts.

Bonuses

  • Experience with understanding photography lighting and digitally recreating them in product images for better synergy with photo specialists.
  • Experience with working with 3D softwares (Blender, C4D) or Video software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) to communicate with our 3D team and video specialists.
  • Interest in the consumer tech/gaming/esports/anime industry.
