Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Zumba Instructor to lead high-energy dance fitness classes. The ideal candidate will inspire and motivate participants while providing a fun and engaging atmosphere for all fitness levels.

• Design and deliver Zumba classes that incorporate a variety of dance styles and fitness techniques.
• Create and maintain a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Demonstrate proper techniques and movements to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Adapt classes to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities.
• Promote class attendance and engage with participants to build community.
• Maintain knowledge of current Zumba trends, techniques, and music.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for dance and fitness, with a positive attitude.
• Ability to motivate and inspire participants of all ages and backgrounds.
