  • Overseeing and Managing Religious Programmes
  • Plan, coordinate, and lead religious programmes for members.
    Ensure the smooth execution of activities aligned with Buddhist teachings and principles.
  • Teaching and Conducting Religious Training Sessions
  • Deliver weekly Dharma classes and spiritual teachings.
    Facilitate discussions and provide guidance on Buddhist scriptures and practices.
  • Providing Mentorship and Guidance
  • Offer spiritual mentorship to trainees and facilitators.
    Support individuals in deepening their understanding and practice of Buddhism.
  • Developing Religious Education Curricula
  • Assist in designing and refining curricula for long-term religious education initiatives.
    Ensure content is structured, engaging, and aligned with Buddhist teachings.
  • Supporting Spiritual Growth and Community Development
  • Guide members in their spiritual journey through counseling and pastoral care.
    Contribute to the holistic development of the broader Buddhist community.
  • Organising Religious Training Programmes and Workshops
  • Plan and conduct workshops, retreats, and meditation sessions.
    Engage the community in meaningful religious and self-improvement activities.
