Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose

Join the leading team at Kee Song, a dynamic and innovative player in the poultry industry. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated IT Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our Digital Transformation team.


Responsibilities

  • Manage IT software license, agreements and compliance.
  • Involve in Digital Transformation project.
  • Install, configure and maintain hardware and software components
  • Manage and maintain the company's IT asset inventory
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement and upgrade systems
  • Network custodian of site operation from maintenance, monitoring, tracking and enhancement
  • Vendor management of Vlan, VOIP, routing, VPN, WAN, Firewall, Switches. You will be cover on LV 1. troubleshooting and understand the problem.
  • Vendor management support system in customize development application in web, IOS, Android, power apps, hosting in Azure cloud, AWS microservice, Hyper-v system, VMware vSphere. You will be cover on LV 1. troubleshooting and understand the problem.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Qualifications & Work Experience

  • At least possessed with Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Business Information System or equivalent
  • At least 1 year as an IT Analyst/ Administrator or relevant experience

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized and Meticulous
  • Willingness to learn
  • Able to work independently as you will the only one onsite support and collaboratively in a team environment
