Key Responsibilities:


1. Demand & Supply Planning / Forecasting

  • Analyze market trends and sales data to drive planning decisions, incorporating factors such as economy, seasonality, competition, and historical trends.
  • Identify key opportunities and manage risks through accurate short to mid-term sales planning.
  • Optimize supply conditions by managing production order plans using Excel (Rundown tool).
  • Collaborate with distributors to align on short and long-term supply chain strategies.

2. Project Support & Coordination

  • Play a key role in supporting country-specific projects, coordinating among stakeholders, and ensuring best practices.
  • Leverage your Demand & Supply Planning expertise to contribute to various project outcomes.
  • Take on project-specific roles when needed to ensure successful execution.

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Planning, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Training provided
  • Willingness to work overtime and travel overseas when required.
