Staff / Enrolled Nurse (Dialysis Centre)

A healthcare organization is looking for a few passionate Staff / Enrolled Nurse (Dialysis) to join their team at the dialysis centre.
About the Role
As a Staff Nurse (Dialysis), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with renal sisease undergoing hemodialysis treatment. You will work collaboratively with a team of nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a safe and effective dialysis experience for each patient.
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-dialysis assessments, including vital signs, weight, and reviewing medical history.
- Set up and operate dialysis machines according to established protocols.
- Monitor patients closely throughout dialysis treatment, identifying and responding to any potential complications.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Educate patients and their families about dialysis treatment, self-care practices, and potential complications.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Ensure a clean and sterile environment for all dialysis procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
- Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) as a Staff Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.
- Valid Practicing Certificate from SNB.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a dialysis setting (preferred).
- Strong understanding of renal disease and dialysis procedures.
- Excellent assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
