Job description for Operations Manager, Free & Easy Department


1) Set policy and procedure for back office operation

2) Train and guide operations staff

3) Check and supervise operations staff’s work

4) Ensure smooth running of all operations of tours after sales

5) Establish and maintain suppliers relationship

6) Identify and solve operational issues by her team


Other requirements:

1) Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the Free & Easy Department of a travel agency

2) Able to start work immediately or in short notice

3) Able to work independently

4) GDS knowledge is preferred

5) Singaporean & PR
