As a Principal Pharmacist (Packing Services), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provides pharmaceutical care services to ensure optimal patient outcomes, managing inventory, and ensuring that medications are dispensed according to protocols and legal standards.
• Oversee the smooth daily operations and profitability of the pharmacy.
• Monitor pharmacy staff and ensure proper preparation, labeling, and delivery of medications.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations on drug dispensing, including controlled substances.
• Clarify prescription ambiguities with prescribers and prevent dispensing errors.
• Perform audits, educate healthcare professionals, and adhere to Ministry of Health guidelines.
• Ensure proper medication storage, security, and disposal.
• Manage inventory levels, approve orders, conduct stock checks, and reduce waste by monitoring expiry dates.
• Prepare reports on inventory incidents.
• Staff Training and Development to enhance skills and meet education goals.
• Assist in scheduling and workflow management.
• Participate in workplace improvement projects and any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy accredited by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• At least a 5 years of experiences in pharmacy related work.
