Key Responsibilities:

  • Take Orders & Serve Guests: Provide attentive and accurate table service.
  • Be a Floor Floater: Move between different sections to assist team members and ensure smooth cafe operations.
  • Food Runner: Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and professional manner.
  • Guest Engagement: Engage with customers, recommend menu items and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintain Cleanliness & Organization: Ensure the dining area is always tidy and presentable
  • Assist with Set-Up & Closing: Help prepare the cafe for opening and closing duties
  • Communicate with the Kitchen & Bar: Ensure seamless coordination between the front and back of house
  • Upselling & Promoting Specials: Stay informed about menu changes and promotions. Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales.
  • Uniform & Grooming Compliance: Adhere strictly to company guidelines on uniform care and personal grooming to ensure a polished and professional appearance that aligns with the brand's image.
  • Health & Safety: Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for customers and staff.

Requirements:

  • Willing to work weekends and Public Holidays
  • Has F&B Service experience as waiter / server
  • Min 1 year of experience in F&B Service preferred
  • Strong team player and good interpersonal skill
