Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:
  • Branch Operations Management:
    Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

  • Team Leadership & Training:
    Manage, train, and motivate a team of beauticians and support staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
    管理、培训及激励美容师及辅助人员，提供卓越客户服务。
  • Beauty Treatments:
    Provide a range of beauty services (e.g., facials, skin treatments, and other beautician services) to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
    提供面部护理、皮肤护理及其他美容服务，确保高品质客户体验。
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Act as the key point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
    成为客户咨询的主要联络人，解决问题并确保客户满意度。
  • Inventory, Administration & Accounting: Oversee inventory management, scheduling, and other administrative tasks to support branch operations.
    负责库存管理、排班及其他行政任务，支持分店运营。
    Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including handling cash and recording daily sales.
    负责日常现金和销售额的会计工作。
    Reconcile monthly income by tallying sales receipts against recorded sales to ensure accurate financial reporting.
    每月核对销售收据与销售记录，确保财务报表准确无误。
  • Health & Safety Compliance:
    Ensure all services and operations adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with regulatory requirements.
    确保所有服务和运营符合卫生、安全及健康标准，遵守相关法规。
  • Marketing & Promotions:
    Assist in executing local marketing strategies and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales.
    协助执行本地市场策略和促销活动，提升品牌知名度和销售额。
Requirements:
  • Citizenship:
    Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
    必须为新加坡公民或永久居民。
  • Education:
    Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
    至少需持有工商管理、酒店管理或相关领域文凭（或具备相当的专业经验）。
  • Industry Experience:
    A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the beauty or wellness industry, with demonstrated managerial or supervisory capabilities preferred.
    至少需具备2-3年的美容或养生行业经验，优先考虑具备管理或督导经验者。
  • Professional Certification:
    Certification or formal training in beauty therapy/beautician services is required.
    必须持有美容疗程/美容师服务相关的证书或正式培训资格。
  • Customer Service & Communication:
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential.
    出色的沟通、人际关系及客户服务技巧至关重要。
  • Organizational Skills:
    Proven ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
    具备多任务处理、时间管理能力，并能在快节奏环境中工作。
  • Regulatory Knowledge:
    Familiarity with local health and safety regulations within the service industry is preferred.
    熟悉本地服务行业的健康及安全法规者优先考虑。
  • Flexibility:
    Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
