Kplass is dedicated to enhancing health and well-being through innovative medical solutions. Specializing in medical patches for cough and pain relief, we prioritize quality, functionality, and aesthetics in our product designs. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to help shape the visual identity of our brand and products.

Role Overview

The Designer will play a crucial role in developing product packaging, marketing materials, and brand visuals to enhance Kplass's presence in the healthcare industry. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and strategic thinking to ensure that designs align with consumer expectations, brand identity, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate should be proficient in graphic design, product aesthetics, and user experience principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Design & Development: Collaborate with the product team to create innovative and user-friendly packaging and visual concepts for medical patches.
  • Branding & Visual Identity: Maintain and enhance Kplass's brand identity across all design elements, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and messaging.
  • Graphic Design: Develop marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, website visuals, and advertisements.
  • Packaging Design: Create visually appealing and functional packaging that complies with industry regulations while maximizing customer appeal.
  • Digital Content Creation: Support the marketing team by designing visuals for digital campaigns, presentations, and online platforms.
  • Market & Consumer Research: Stay updated on design trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to create designs that resonate with the target audience.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in design, preferably in healthcare, FMCG, or consumer products.
  • Skills:Strong proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other relevant tools).
    Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visuals.
    Knowledge of packaging design and print production processes.
    Understanding of user experience (UX) and consumer-focused design.
    Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
    Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
