The Good Family BBQ is actively looking for BBQ Chefs to join our team for exciting outdoor corporate and family events. As a BBQ Chef, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of meats and vegetables to perfection, creating a memorable experience for both our clients and their guests.Why Join Us:•Enjoy a flexible work schedule tailored to your availability.•Embark on exciting journeys across Singapore, engaging with corporate clients and families alike.•Attractive salary starting at $100 for 5 hours (with an additional $25/hr for every hour extended by the client).Responsibilities:•Grill a variety of meats, seafood, and vegetables according to client preferences.•Monitor and manage grill temperatures to ensure food safety and quality.•Coordinate with event organisers and clients to understand specific preferences and dietary restrictions.•Maintain a clean and organised grilling station, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.•Provide excellent customer service and interact with guests, answering any questions about the grilling process.•To report to the central kitchen at NEWest 2 hours before the BBQ event to package food •Label packaged food for identification purposes such as weight, type, and date of packaging.•Pack food orders accurately and efficiently before heading down to the BBQ event location (Transportation will be provided).What we are looking for:•Knowledge of various grilling techniques and methods.•Experience with barbecuing or grilling is not required but would be an added advantage.•Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent time management, and organisational abilities.•Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
