Roles & Responsibilities

Title: Social Media and Graphic Design Specialist


Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership across various platforms.

- Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, photos, videos, written posts, posters, and menu designs.

- Manage all social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and responding to inquiries.

- Design visually appealing posters and menus that align with brand identity and messaging.

- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize performance.

- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistency across all brand materials.

- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

- Work independently and self-motivated to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve objectives.


Requirements:

- Proven experience in social media management and graphic design, preferably in a similar role.

- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create visually appealing content, posters, and menu designs.

- Strong photography skills, with the ability to capture high-quality images for social media use.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Education in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.

- Singaporean and Malaysian candidates are welcome.

- Salary: Starting from SGD 2,500 onwards, depending on experience and performance, with opportunities for growth and bonuses based on achievements.
