Roles & Responsibilities

Job Descriptions:

  • User Research & Interviews: Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability studies, to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Analysis & Synthesis: Analyze user research data to create user personas, journey maps, and actionable insights that inform design decisions.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts and user flows, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Visual Design: Create visually compelling and consistent designs that align with our brand identity and elevate the overall user experience.
  • Interaction Design: Design intuitive and engaging interactions for various platforms (web, mobile, etc.), ensuring usability and accessibility.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
  • User Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
  • Design Systems: Establish and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products and platforms.
  • Initiative & Ownership: Demonstrate a proactive approach, taking ownership of projects and driving them to successful completion with minimal supervision.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design to continuously improve our products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs, highlighting your problem-solving skills and user-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and Axure.
  • Extensive experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a user-centric approach to design.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual who can take ownership of projects and drive them to completion with minimal supervision.
