Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Account Assistant-AR (ID7080)

Location: Clementi

Working Hours: 5days work, Mon to Fri 9am-6pm

Salary: up to $3000 (commensurate with account experience)


Job Description

• Perform AR

• E-submission of sales invoice for Supermarket

• Update/offset receipts from customers.

• Ensure timely submission of Statement of Account

• Monitor & follow up with customers on collection.

• Liaise with sales team/customer service on billing & CN issues.

• Support Customer master maintenance & account creation in accounting system

• Support maintenance of price book for Customers

• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and yearly stock count.

• Assist in other ad- hoc duties as & when required.


Requirement:

• At least LCCI or any other Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Accountancy or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 Year(s) of Account-AR experience.

• Knowledge in Navision system will be an advantage

• Proficient in Excel

• Positive and Hardworking
