Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

Your role as an Executive / Senior Executive for Clinical Services encompasses project management, coordination with stakeholders and support for the services within the polyclinics and collaborations with external stakeholders. You will work closely with clinicians to provide administrative support for programme(s)/project(s), follow up on key performance indicators, collate data and statistics, and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure that workflows and processes are in place. You will also be involved in audits, clinical tracers, and on-site support as required by the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme and Project Management

  • Manage and implement clinical programmes/projects, ensuring goals and KPIs are met
  • Establish workflows and processes in collaboration with stakeholders

Medical Professional Development and Manpower

  • Assist in medical manpower planning and professional development initiatives
  • Support junior doctors' matters and clinical department strategic planning

Data Management and Reporting

  • Conduct data extraction, analysis, and dashboard development
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management and government bodies

Clinical Governance and Quality

  • Support clinical governance initiatives and policy development
  • Assist in managing medico-legal cases and clinical complaints
  • Contribute to risk management plans and licensing/accreditation processes

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare, biomedical engineering or data analytics
  • Experience in healthcare industry or related field preferred

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong project management and data analytics skills
  • Excellent writing and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Personal Attributes

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Knowledge

  • Understanding of healthcare operations and clinical processes will be advantageous\
