Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Assist and support the senior professional valuers with their indicative valuations
  • Collate relevant documents and data in support of valuation assignments
  • Conduct on site inspections of properties in support of valuation reports
  • Execute valuation assignments with initiative, compliance of work processes and due diligence within a given timeline

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Building/Real Estate or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates or experienced applicants with at least 1 year working experience in the Singapore property industry
  • Compliant, motivated, resourceful with good initiative and able to be a team player or work independently
  • Strong command of spoken and written English
  • Tech aware and open to learning to use digitalisation in the workplace
