Poni Financial Advisory is the Singapore financial advisory entity of Poni Insurtech.

This is a salaried role (full time employment). You will be responsible to provide prompt, excellent and end to end service for customers:

  • who are seeking to purchase any insurance product
  • conduct financial needs analysis and recommendation

Responsibilities:

  • To work together as a team with the business team to achieve the Singapore insurance revenue targets
  • To strategize and think of ways to maximize lead potential
  • To ensure that CRM and dashboard are updated daily with all relevant information

B2C (To end users/ customers)

  • To provide prompt, excellent and end to end service for customers:
  • who are seeking to purchase any insurance product
  • conduct financial needs analysis and recommendation
  • require assistance with claims
  • renewing their policies
  • insurance product inquiries
  • on all touch points for Insurance

Requirements:

  • CMFAS Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, CGI)
  • CMFAS Certification in Life and Health Insurance (M5, HI, M9, M9A)
  • 2 years and above of insurance sales experience
  • CMFAS Certification in M8, M8A is a plus

Soft Skills:

  • Customer oriented, sharp mind and superior communication skills
  • Hungry with high sense of urgency
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced and growth-charged environment
  • Passionate about Financial Wellness, FinTech and InsurTech
  • Being bilingual is a bonus.
